How it works ?

The Society will lend you a loan at a special interest rate of 14.49%.

Requirements

Detailed estimate of your home improvement project
Copy of registered Certificate of Title
Proof of your age (copy of Passport, National Id, Driver's Licence or Citizenship Card)
Proof of income (letter from your employer plus last two pay slips)
TRN (for local residents)
Property tax certificate
Up-to-date property tax certificate

As soon as you submit your documents, an interviewing officer will take your application for processing. Your loan will be processed once you have met all the requirements. The processing of the loan is done at Chief Office. The time for completion is approximately twelve (12) weeks.
